Administration is something that has arisen since ancient times, as a consequence of the need for a good and efficient distribution of resources in all emerging societies, derived from the need for the distribution of agricultural resources (because they had to be saved and accounted for). agricultural surpluses to be properly distributed, as well as the distribution of work), giving a dynamism in human and productive activities.

Currently the administration is associated with economic, financial and governmental spheres, but in itself the administration is the management of all material or human resources, in any field or sphere of society.

Public administration

We understand by public administration, that which is identified with the political-governmental and institutional domain, in the direction of the activities and processes of planning, ordering, classification and designation of resources (material and human), which are carried out within the scope of public institutions, whether these entities or government agencies or public institutions, at local, regional or national levels, whose function is to direct resources to their effective use, through the management exercised by public bodies or entities with legal personality.

In it, public officials are in charge of using and distributing the resources belonging to the state (financial goods, movable goods, natural resources, human resources and other resources), channeling them towards the satisfaction of collective needs, either by providing services such as the maintenance of medical entities, provision of water or other services to the population, the construction and/or maintenance of infrastructures that provide a service or public use, etc.

Private Administration

We understand by private administration that which is responsible for the planning, distribution and management of the different resources within all those institutions and organizations outside the state, that is, we refer to that administration of businesses, companies, factories, shops and others. private organizations.

Mixed Administration

We call as mixed administration or also as quasi-public administration, that which is carried out in decentralized or autonomous institutions or organizations, but that have state participation, despite the fact that their autonomy allows them to be exercised in a similar way to private organizations. This is the case of some decentralized dependencies, that although for example they can receive state resources, the administration of the resources and their channeling to the branches that this organization considers appropriate, are not questioned by the state entity, having autonomy to exercise the management and distribution of resources according to their own criteria, but where there is a strong influence of the state in some particular aspects,

Government administration

Economic Administration

We speak of economic administration when dealing with the management of economic-monetary resources, whether within the government, business, family, etc. that is, we are talking about the distribution of money and other economic-monetary resources.

Family Administration
